MY INSECT SKETCH

In the last few weeks we have been working on our sketches first we had to practice with graphite art pencils, drawing shapes and going from light to dark. This was quite challenging because we weren't allowed to use a rubber. I was inspired by a Dragonfly that Mrs Cameron printed of and used it as an example.

Maths like a pirate!!

Last Friday we did maths like a pirate our challenge was to build a bridge, we only had some news paper and clear tape then we had twenty-five bandit minutes to build it I worked with my friends Henry and Llewellyn. At the end Mrs Burns put some eggs on our bridge our bridge held seven eggs we planed for the eggs to be held in the pockets that Llew designed but sadly you were only allowed to put the eggs on the surface of bridge!
